- City landmarks
Booked 2 rooms. - Air conditioning was not working sufficiently in both rooms. - Rooms were damp and smelly. - Will not stay in IBIS again.
- Centrally located.
Relax; quiet; Internet facility.
Restaurant is very expensive; Rooms are small. No breakfast included.
Nothing and do not plan to go back there at any price.
It was by far the lowest star grade, the most expensive of the hotels I visited in four days in Morocco. I happy with value for money for other hotels but at Ibis Moussafir Center, I regret my booking. The clerk at the front desk told me first that there was no room booked at my name, then when he found my name he said that he had no room with double bed as I booked, finally he found one, then he said that he had no smoking free room left and finally found one. He could not help with anything...The service was very bad: bad reception (aggressive, not accurate, annoyed by a customer), no contact for the 24/24 -7/7 meals service, ...Terrible… Never again.
Near by city center
The price is higher for its quality. They say free internet at lobby but does never works properly. They must learn much from Ibis-Dubai Ibis Kuwait and Ibis-Istanbul. Ibis Casa has same price low service
The location being in the city center.
Staff is not friendly. Very difficult to get proper information specially when it is your first time to visit Casablanka. Wifi internet was not working properly from the lobby and we have to be connected through the Novotel.
So close to train station, very clean room & bathroom
A/C does make sound like it's working, but no cool air
Location was close to centre
Reception staff rude. No map, no interest in helping us as tourists. No map available. No interest shown in us - only really a business hotel
There were no toilet paper and shampoo in our room, we had to call and ask for 3 times before they deliver. Very very poor service. All the staff are unfriendly and not helpful.
The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. Good Ibis standard.
No free internet in the rooms (available with a charge). Staff is not particularly helpful.
The location was ideal, in close proximity to the Old Medina and a short taxi ride away from the Hassan II Mosque.
Very impersonal hotel not for travelers but mainly for businessmen.Hotel clean but a bin in the room with a little refrigerator would have made things better for us.The television ok with plenty of foreign channels.Hotel is well located very near to Casa Port railway station. No bell-boy service for a country with plenty of unemployed. An old lady with a few suitcases was lost trying to get all her stuffs in the lift and at the same time trying to keep the lift from moving up or down, finally we had to play bell-boy to her she was so fragile and the bags were too heavy for her.Hope that in the future this will be takrn care of.
Ibis hotel is for sleep only and for short period stay, you don't feel the comfort of staying there, its just for sleep.
This is a particularly smart and well appointed Ibis with a better than average and interesting restaurant.
Everything was fine except that the weekday rate is a bit expensive. The weekend rate is very reasonable.
I felt welcome and friendly Valet of the hotel staff. Hotel fully lived up to my expectations.
The only thing that was problematic was that there are several hotels in the city with the name Ibis, it was difficult to find for taxidriver
Good location. Clean and functional hotel. No frills but good for the price
Not very welcoming reception staff who seemed more keen to laugh and chat with each other rather than deal with me.
